- 50ml aperol
- 100ml prosecco
- Soda water/fizzy water to top up

Aperol Spritz is a fantastically easy cocktail and a perfect thirst quencher for a hot summer’s day.
Take a large glass and add ice. Pour in the aperol, then the prosecco, and top up with as much soda water as you like (we recommend no more than 50ml).
Add your garnish and serve.
