Gin & Tonic


  • 50ml London Dry gin
  • 150ml tonic water


  • Pour the gin into a glass over ice.
  • Add the tonic water.
  • Serve with your preferred garnish.

For an extra kick and a burst of flavour – use a simple trick from behind the bar of the Traveller’s Club in Pall Mall – add a splash of gin to the top of the glass as a final touch.
