Gin & Tonic

  • 50ml London Dry gin
  • 150ml tonic water

  • Pour the gin into a glass over ice.
  • Add the tonic water.
  • Serve with your preferred garnish.

For an extra kick and a burst of flavour – use a simple trick from behind the bar of the Traveller’s Club in Pall Mall – add a splash of gin to the top of the glass as a final touch.

For a more advanced G&T, you should pair each gin with its own tonic and garnish. In our tasting notes, we have provided some recommendations for what sort of gins and tonics you should pair together.
