Rum Daiquiri

Ingredients

To garnish: Tajin seasoning and a slice of lime

Method

This recipe is based off trying to combine the delicious Penrhos Rum with a Caribbean Rum Punch we once tried. You can of course use a different rum and sugar syrup instead of honey, but this version is super warming and delicious.

Place all the ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake hard for a couple of seconds.

Optional: Rub the edge of your glass with the squeezed lime segment, and then dip into the tajin spice.

Place ice into your glass, give the cocktail shaker another shake for good measure, strain into the prepared glass, and drop your lime slice on top.
